Notion setup

Status: working in current rollout.

Notion uses OAuth. Install from Catalog and complete the OAuth flow.
Dynamic client registration is the primary path; no pre-created Notion OAuth app is required.
Confirm the integration has access to the Notion workspace/pages you expect.
Add Notion tools to a loadout and verify in-session with tools/list.

Troubleshooting: if OAuth succeeded but results look empty, check which Notion workspace the integration is authorized for.
