What we collect

We collect account, workspace, provider-install, connection, and support information needed to operate Loadoutz. This can include email address, workspace metadata, provider connection state, session metadata, and support correspondence.

Provider credentials

Provider OAuth tokens, API keys, and similar credentials are stored server-side so clients do not need direct provider secrets in local config. Loadoutz is designed to keep provider credentials out of client-facing snippets and URLs.

How we use data

We use data to operate the product, verify provider installs, expose the correct tools to the correct connection, secure sessions, troubleshoot issues, and improve product reliability.

Third parties

Depending on enabled features, Loadoutz may rely on infrastructure and service providers such as Cloudflare, authentication providers, email/support systems, and billing providers. Provider-side data access is governed by the scopes you approve with each provider.
