Service

Loadoutz provides hosted tooling for connecting agents and clients to external tools, providers, and MCP-compatible surfaces through managed workspaces, loadouts, and connections.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you use the service, which providers you connect, and whether your use complies with the terms and policies of those providers. You may not use Loadoutz to abuse providers, evade rate limits, or interfere with service integrity.

Provider services

Loadoutz proxies and orchestrates external providers, but does not control their uptime, data quality, pricing, or API behavior. Upstream provider outages or policy changes can affect functionality.

Service evolution

Features, plan limits, and provider support may change as the service evolves. We may update these terms as the product and billing model mature.
